The famous fashion-based television show “Project Runway” made headlines recently for switching networks from Bravo to Lifetime. If you have had the opportunity to watch the show on both networks, you know that nothing much has changed about the show’s format. The judges are the same. The show’s famous hostess, Heidi Klum, remains in place. As does the beloved mentor to the designers, Tim Gunn. If you ever have a chance to catch a marathon of these shows, you will be struck by many things, including the beauty of some of the designer dresses featured on the show on a regular basis.

Many of these up and coming “Project Runway” designers have developed a profound understanding of the curves and nuances of the female form, and they use this knowledge to create gorgeous dresses that flow well and flatter the body. Indeed, some of the dresses that they design and produce could actually be considered works of art.
